  • Members of TAB 4RACING can play through tab.co.za website.
  • Non-TAB4RACING members can register at eliminator.co.za.

Excluded Persons are not eligible to participate in this Promotion, or to receive any prize or benefit. “Excluded Persons” means any person identified as:

  • a self-excluded person or an involuntarily excluded person;
  • not residing in South Africa;
  • a person who entered contrary to or who has otherwise breached the conditions for the Promotion (for example, regarding the number of permitted entries) or Eliminator Terms of Use.

If a person is identified as, or suspected of, being an Excluded Person, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the person to take any further part in the Promotion, or to refuse to pay any Prize or benefit, and such person will have no right to receive one.

The Promoter will notify any relevant regulator where required by law to do so.

The Promoter is entitled to require that Entrants provide proof they are not an Excluded Person prior to making any prize payments.

Entrants should read the Eliminator Betting Rules, the Eliminator Responsible Gambling Policy, and the Eliminator Privacy Policy, available at tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za.

Number of Entries

Entrants may only register to join the Promotion once per person.

We reserve the right to void any entry where we know or suspect that a person has used a temporary email, an invalid email, or an email belonging to another person, or carried out any other action or attempted action, in order to enter any game more than once.

Conduct of a Game

  1. Eliminator Credits are a free-to-play (F2P) game token. Eliminator Credits:
    1. have no value or utility outside of Eliminator games;
    2. cannot be exchanged or redeemed for anything of value outside of Eliminator games;
    3. cannot be purchased or acquired, other than via the game mechanics described at Clause 2.
  2. Eliminator Credits are automatically awarded to an Entrant’s F2P wallet at the time they first view a new game.
    1. Subject to ticket availability and Game Rules, Entrants can use Eliminator Credits to purchase entry tickets in a game.
    2. Entrants that fail to view a F2P game prior to that game’s conclusion will not receive Eliminator Credits for that game.
    3. The Promoter may, from time to time, offer Entrants bonus Eliminator Credits and/or bonus tickets.
      1. These offers will be communicated via tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za.
    4. Unused Eliminator Credits and/or Eliminator Credits won as a Consolation Prize, will accumulate in the Entrant's F2P wallet throughout the Promotion Period.
      1. From time to time, 4Racing may choose to reset the balance of all Entrants’ F2P wallets, by removing all accumulated Eliminator Credits.
      2. This will be communicated to Entrants, in advance, at tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za.
      3. At the conclusion of the Promotion, all Eliminator Credits will be removed.
  3. An Eliminator Game is conducted over a series of nominated racing and/or sporting events.
    1. In every game there is a Ticket Pool, which contains one unique ticket for every possible combination of winning outcomes in each of the nominated events.
      1. The number of tickets in the Ticket Pool is finite.
      2. Tickets in a game are sold on a first-come-first-served basis and the availability of tickets in a game is not guaranteed.
  4. As each event is officially resulted:
    1. All tickets that described the winning outcome in that event survive to the next event.
    2. All other tickets are eliminated from the game.
    3. Subject to ticket availability and game rules sales from the Ticket Pool will resume, up until the start of the next event.
  5. Prize Winners are determined after resulting the final event in a game.
    1. The game’s Prize Table describes the Major Prizes and Consolation Prize and can be viewed at tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za.
  6. The Major Prize is paid to the Entrant holding the one ticket in the game that described the winning outcome in every game event (“the winning ticket”).
    1. In the case of a dead-heat or tied result in any of the game's events, there will be more than one winning  ticket.
      1. In this case, the Major Prize will be split equally between each of the Entrants that hold a winning ticket.
  7. The Consolation Prize is paid to Entrants that hold tickets that survived the greatest number of events in the game, without surviving every event.
  8. In a game where no Entrant holds the winning ticket (i.e. the winning ticket remains unsold in the Ticket Pool), the Major Prize will jackpot to the next game of the same type (e.g. Saturday Racing, Midweek Racing, Soccer, etc) as advised at tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za.
    1. Where no Entrant holds the winning ticket in the final game of the Promotional Period, the Major Prize will be split equally amongst the Consolation Prize winners in that same game.
