Terms and Conditions
Promotion
The Promotion will commence on 7th March 2026 and conclude as advised at tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za (inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
The Promoter is 4Racing Proprietary Limited.
Eligible Participants ("Entrants")
Entry is open to South African residents aged 18+ who register via the tab.co.za or eliminator.co.za websites.
- Members of TAB4RACING can play through tab.co.za website.
- Non-TAB4RACING members can register at eliminator.co.za
Excluded Persons are not eligible to participate in this Promotion, or to receive any prize or benefit. “Excluded Persons” means any person identified as:
- a minor (a person not aged 18+);
- a self-excluded person or an involuntarily excluded person;
- not residing in South Africa;
- a person who entered contrary to or who has otherwise breached the conditions for the Promotion (for example, regarding the number of permitted entries) or Eliminator Terms of Use.
If a person is identified as, or suspected of, being an Excluded Person, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the person to take any further part in the Promotion, or to refuse to pay any Prize or benefit, and such person will have no right to receive one.
The Promoter will notify any relevant regulator where required by law to do so.
The Promoter is entitled to require that Entrants provide proof they are not an Excluded Person prior to making any prize payments.
Entrants should read the Eliminator Betting Rules, the Eliminator Responsible Gambling Policy, and the Eliminator Privacy Policy, available at tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za.
Number of Entries
Entrants may only register to join the Promotion once per person.
We reserve the right to void any entry where we know or suspect that a person has used a temporary email, an invalid email, or an email belonging to another person, or carried out any other action or attempted action, in order to enter any game more than once.
Conduct of a Game
- Eliminator Credits are a "free 2 play" (F2P) virtual currency.
- Eliminator Credits:
- have no value or utility outside of Eliminator F2P games;
- cannot be exchanged or redeemed for anything of value outside of Eliminator games;
- cannot be purchased or acquired, other than via the Eliminator game mechanics described at Clause 2.
- References to "buy" and "purchase" in Eliminator F2P games mean the exchange of Eliminator Credits for game tickets.
- Reference to "refund" in Eliminator F2P games means the return of Eliminator Credits that were used to purchase game tickets.
- Eliminator Credits:
- Eliminator Credits are automatically awarded to an Entrant’s F2P wallet at the time they first view a new game.
- The number of Eliminator Credits to be awarded can be viewed in the Game Rules.
- Entrants that fail to view a F2P game prior to that game’s conclusion will not receive Eliminator Credits for that game.
- Subject to ticket availability and Game Rules, Entrants can use Eliminator Credits to purchase tickets in a game.
- Tickets cannot be purchased while an event is in progress.
- Unused Eliminator Credits and/or Eliminator Credits won as a Consolation Prize, will accumulate in the Entrant's F2P wallet throughout the Promotion Period.
- From time to time, the Promoter may choose to:
- Reset the balance of all Entrants’ F2P wallets, by removing all accumulated Eliminator Credits.
- At the conclusion of the Promotion, all Eliminator Credits will be removed from every Entrants' F2P wallet.
- Offer Entrants bonus Eliminator Credits and/or bonus tickets.
- Bonus offers and adjustmemts to F2P wallet balances will be communicated on advance to Entrants at tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za.
- Reset the balance of all Entrants’ F2P wallets, by removing all accumulated Eliminator Credits.
- The number of Eliminator Credits to be awarded can be viewed in the Game Rules.
- An Eliminator Game is conducted over a series of nominated racing and/or sporting events.
- In every game there is a Ticket Pool, which contains one unique ticket for every possible combination of winning outcomes in each of the nominated events.
- The number of tickets in a game's Ticket Pool is finite.
- Tickets in a Ticket Pool are sold on a first-come-first-served basis and the availability of tickets in a game is not guaranteed.
- In every game there is a Ticket Pool, which contains one unique ticket for every possible combination of winning outcomes in each of the nominated events.
- As each event is officially resulted:
- All tickets that described the winning outcome in that event survive to the next event.
- All other tickets are eliminated from the game.
- Subject to ticket availability and game rules, sales from the Ticket Pool will resume, up until the start of the next event.
- The cost in Eliminator Credits to purchase a ticket will increase with each event, as the tickets being sold in the Ticket Pool have survived elimination in all prior events.
- Prize Winners are determined after resulting the final event in a game.
- The game’s Prize Table describes the Major Prizes and Consolation Prize and can be viewed in the Game Rules and at tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za.
- The Major Prize is paid to the Entrant holding the one ticket in the game that described the winning outcome in every game event (“the winning ticket”).
- In the case of a dead-heat or tied result in any of the game's events, there will be more than one winning ticket.
- In this case, the Major Prize will be split equally between each of the Entrants that hold a winning ticket.
- In the case of a dead-heat or tied result in any of the game's events, there will be more than one winning ticket.
- The Consolation Prize is paid to Entrants that hold tickets that survived the greatest number of events in the game, without surviving every event.
- Unless otherwise advised in the Game Rules ,the Consolation Prize is 50 Eliminator Credits, that can be used by Entrants in future games.
- In a game where no Entrant holds the winning ticket (i.e. the winning ticket remains unsold in the Ticket Pool):
- If the game is not the final game of the Promotional Period:
- the Consolation Prize winners will share a R1,000 Takealot voucher in addition to the advertised Consolation Prize.
- a R1,500 Takealot voucher, along with any previously unpaid Takealot voucher jackpot, will be added to the next game's Major Prize, available to players on both the tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za websites.
- a R1,000 Account Top-Up, along with any previously unpaid Account Top-Up jackpot, will be added to the next game's Major Prize, available to players on the tab.co.za website who have placed a bet using their TAB account within the 10 days prior to the game.
- The jackpot games will be advised at tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za
- If the game is the final game of the Promotional Period, the Major Prize will be split equally amongst the Consolation Prize winners in that same game.
- If the game is not the final game of the Promotional Period:
Competition Days & Major Prize Table
Eliminator games are played each Saturday. The winner of the Major Prize will receive a pre-published value of Takealot vouchers. The value of this prize will vary dependant upon the Jackpot amount and any bonus prizes offered from time to time.
If the Major Prize winner is a tab.co.za account holder, & has placed a bet using their TAB account within the 10 days preceding the game, then an additional Account Top-Up prize will be paid.
The current week's prize amount can be found on the tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za sites.
* Unless otherwise advised in the Game Rules the Consolation Prize is 50 Eliminator Credits.
The current schedule of games and prizes can be viewed at tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za.
Notification of Prize Winners
- The game winner(s) will be published on the tab.co.za and eliminator.co.za sites within one hour of the completion of each F2P game.
- Prize payment to game winners is subject to the Eliminator Terms of Use and the Eliminator Betting Rules.
Unclaimed Prizes
In the event, that for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not accept a Prize (including if the Promoter is unable to contact the winner) within two (2) weeks of the completion of the game, or if the winner is determined to be an Excluded Person or otherwise not entitled to the prize pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, the Prize will be forfeited.
