I'm having problems signing into Eliminator

Having trouble logging in?

For security reasons you will be locked out after three unsuccessful attempts to enter your email and/or password. If this happens email our support team at support@eliminator.com to get help unlocking your account.

Other Reasons

There are a number of other reasons you aren't able to login:

1. You could be using the wrong email.
2. You could be using the wrong password.
3. Strange as it may sound, you may not have joined Eliminator yet.

No problem - it's all easily fixed.

1. Wrong Email
   • Firstly, remember to use your email address to login - not your Eliminator Nickname.
2. Wrong Password
   • Click on the 'Forgot Password?' link.
   • Enter the email address that you used to join Swheeps.
   • Click on the 'Send Reset Link' button.
   • When the email arrives in your mailbox, click the link to set a new password.
   • Login to Swheeps using your email address and new password.
3. Not yet Joined?
   • If you haven't signed up for Eliminator yet click on 'Not a member? Sign up now'
     • You can join with an email and password.
